At myMD, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and medicines. Every time you visit our store or make an online purchase, we ensure that deliver correct medicines/items in the right/undamaged condition.
Nevertheless, we understand that returns may be necessary in some cases and we are happy to offer you happiness when you are not fully satisfied with the purchase and want to return back the incorrect or damaged products to us. You may return the ordered item(s), or any item(s) included in the order, after receiving your order from our delivery person or store within the next 48 hours.
Please note: 'Returns Policy’ may vary depending on the specific nature of the products.
Items are eligible for a return exclusively under the following circumstances.
For purchases done through stores or online, the customers are directed to check the items at the time of delivery or taking the handover of the products. Any defect in the item/packaging bought for refund or return at a later stage will not be entertained.

myMD team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and other medicinal products in right conditions/ without any damage.
myMD has a NO REFUND policy, all sales are final, prices for the Goods and/or Services will be set out in the applicable order. The customer can claim an exchange or return as per the return and refund policy stated above.
Any and all other queries shall be entertained as per the discretion of the Management.
Under myMD’s Arogya Bandhu and other subscriptions /packages, membership fees and service fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-returnable. If a patient desires to reschedule her/his service appointment for an earlier or later date, a service appointment may reschedule with 48 hours prior intimation from end of subscriber/Patient.
Any and all other queries shall be entertained as per the discretion of the Management.
